How the cleaning price works
What counts as a room?
Anything up to 250 sq ft of carpet. A great room might count as two — your pro confirms before starting, never after.
Why is there a 3-room minimum?
Travel and setup cost the same whether it's one room or five — the 3-room minimum ($147) is how the per-room price stays this low.
Can the price change at my door?
Only if you add services on the spot (more rooms, pet treatment you didn't book). Our pros commit in writing to the listed rates — door-step upselling is the #1 reason cleaners get dropped from our roster.
How does the rebate get paid?
Tell us when the job's done; we verify with you and the pro, then send 20% of your invoice within 14 days — Venmo, check, or bank transfer.
